Hi, I’m Laura and I would like to welcome you to LT Support
I founded LT Support in 2020 after 19 years in recruitment.
5 years later and we are a multi award winning business making great strides in changing how education recruitment is done.

I started recruitment at a time when it wasn’t all about targets, it was a role that brought me joy by helping people to find the role they had been seeking and helping clients find the right fit for their needs, and that’s what LT Support is. You aren’t a number to us, you’re someone who is looking for assistance whether it’s to find a role or find a worker.
When I am not helping candidates with their CVs or aiding clients with their staffing, I can be found at my home on the edge of Essex and NE London. I have two musk turtles who are now over 6 years old; Dash and Tuck and love being with my nieces and nephew and bonus two as well. Being Auntie Laura is my greatest joy.
I am incredibly lucky to be supported by Charlie, our intrepid Associate Director. Having worked together on and off for over 13 years we are in-sync and provide a family feel to the business. A one stop shop with no separate desks we work as one and it shows.
Hey, I’m Charlie
I have joined Laura to help her with candidate generation and management as my main focus. I first started in recruitment in 2012 where Laura and I first met, and have since worked across Social Care, Education and Nursing Recruitment. I see myself very much as a people person, and love interacting with people from all walks of life. There are so many stories to be told. I like to think I bring the following attributes to the business:

When I’m not working (which for now is just part time) I am VERY busy at home with my children. Apart from that I am a self-confessed shopaholic with a real passion for shoes. A girl can never have too many shoes – well my husband may say different! I am super excited to be working in partnership with Laura and cannot wait to see what LT Support can do over our next year and many years after that!
