Timesheets
Once you are registered as a candidate of LT Support your unique user ID and user reference email will be sent to your registered email address, providing you with a link to follow with instructions of how to create a username and password to allow immediate access to your personalised portal on Quba Solutions.
With simple approver emails your line manager can approve your timesheets and amend quickly and you can access your payslips on your app.

Candidate Portal Benefits
The benefits of your candidate portal are listed below:
- Access to current and historic assignment data
- Confirmation of your personal data and bank account information online in a secure environment
- Ability to enter your timesheets and monitor their progress through text/email alerts and the app
- Access to shared documents with LT Support such as employment contracts
- Instead of sending signed paper timesheets to us at LT Support by the agreed payroll deadline of 11am each Monday, you will instead be able to enter the hours onto your candidate portal within the timesheet section and submit them for authorisation or send to your consultant for them to do for you

Statutory Sick Pay
To claim SSP you will need to submit a self certificate by the end of that week for payroll to process, follow link for self certification up to 7 days.

A doctors note will be required past 7 days.
NB: Review PAYE Contract for Services regarding process for reporting absence and requesting payment.
