We have been working with LT Support for over a year and a half now and I am constantly impressed with the way the company works. 

Whilst not the cheapest agency to use, the calibre of staff that come through are far superior to others, saving money in the long term. I contribute this to the fact that Laura takes the time to understands your specific needs and then identifies and only puts forward best matches. As a testament to this, we are now looking to employ a number of them. 

Laura is always completely honest and transparent in the way she works and will openly tell you if she can’t match your requirements or if there is a candidate available that doesn’t quite meet the brief and the reasons why allowing you to make informed decisions. For me this takes the stress out of the process as I can trust her suggestions without having to spend time trawling through CV’s to assess suitability.

I have also found that she really cares for her candidates, checking in with them regularly and encouraging a completely open relationship. I have found that this is invaluable in foreseeing any issues that may arise so they can be dealt with in a timely manner.

LT support also offer a unique rewards programme whereby you collect points for the duration of the agreement which can then be traded for rewards for the school (I received my chromebook last week!)
