In partnership with you, we look to build an exclusive relationship for a minimum number of roles to be recruited (direct engagement staffing). From Classroom and Non-Classroom Support to Teachers and SLT; From Support Workers to Registered Managers. We will work with you to build a RPO option to support your permanent recruitment needs throughout the year.
The fee will be based per placement and payable upon worker starting, as with the usual recruitment process, but not only will we be saving you money and time, we will be acting as your recruitment partner using your application forms and supporting the single central record onboarding once a worker is successful; from DBS checks on the update service, Digital Right to Work Checks and Referencing through to Online Checks and additional training we can help ensure a smooth transition for you through to induction.

Direct Engagement for Long Term Needs
LT Support are ahead of the expected legislation with regards to the Employment Rights Act 2025 and Guaranteed Contracts and this also supports the added challenges behind the Procurement Act of 2023. In order to support Schools and Trusts through this change we are offering Direct Engagement.
How does it work?
For long term supply needs LT Support will act as a Employment Business for you rather than an agency. Vacancies for Long Term Supply are shared with LT Support. We support the recruitment of the workers on a temporary basis through the school. The school will engage the worker directly for the set period of time with LT Support supporting the onboarding of the worker sharing all required documentation and checks for speedy Time to Hire. Each month or Half Term an invoice will be raised to the school for the margin only against what the worker has worked.
What are the Benefits?
This greatly reduces costs to schools as you are not paying upfront fees only for hours/days worked. You are still only paying what you would have should the worker have been engaged on timesheets with regards to pay rate and employment costs however our margin is adjusted during this period as we have reduced our payroll costs so this further reduces costs and pressure on budgets. The worker is happy as they feel part of the school whilst with you, your budget is protected, the cost for hiring and time to do so is greatly diminished and you are adhering to future requirements for guaranteed employment.
