Introducing LT Rewards

LT Support are pleased to announce the launch of two new programmes for our workers and candidates.LT Rewards is a dual initiative that aims to reward through referral of candidates and longevity with LT Support.

How does it work?

Our referral programme allows anyone to refer a candidate to LT Support for future work opportunities within Education or Social Care and rewards both the referrer and the referee with different reward options. It also enables the referrer to bank rewards for larger rewards. See below:

Our loyalty programme is about rewarding our staff through more than just their pay. Each quarter you work with LT Support (subject to Ts&Cs) you are eligible for a reward. And as with the referral programme you can bank rewards for larger rewards the longer you stay working with LT Support.

Once the referred candidate commences work and fulfils a minimum of 5 days / 30 hours through LT Support you will be contacted by LT Support for you to choose from our list of rewards or bank your reward and so will your referee!
