LT Support is growing and we are very pleased to welcome Charlie to our team as our Head of Resourcing. 

For us to help more clients and candidates and provide the service you all expect from LT Support it became clear we needed to look to increase our headcount, and this is where Charlie comes in. 

Charlie and our founder Laura have known each other for ten years and have worked together on a number of occasions which means they have a rapport that is key to continuing to promote the LT Support ethos and transparency our people have come to recognise us for.

Charlie has a background in Social Care, Education and Nursing recruitment. Having worked as a Recruiter and Resourcer she is a great first point of contact for candidates seeking to join LT Support. 

It was important to the business that we grow when ready and with the right people. People focused on listening and understanding, with an honest and upfront approach that enables a trust in LT Support. 

We look forward to helping more and more schools and units as well as candidates as we build our team and are very excited for this next chapter with LT Support.
